How to create new bug bugs.kde.org (#Bugzilla) link with component autofilled?

I want to create a new bug URI like https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=plasmashell but with the https://www.bugzilla.org/docs/4.2/en/html/components.html preselected too.

Is this possible?

I’d like to do so so that I can add the need to things like

to tasks (in this case, Login – Nextcloud) without needing to choose the component manually.

I expected it would take me to an information page like Bug Fields does.
