When asking for help with any program it is always important to state exactly which version you are using, and in this case, which operating system or distribution.
You talk about something you can’t find, but it’s not clear why you think that matters. I do not think you need to delete reconciliation records before deleting an account. Are you actually unable to delete the account? If so, are you sure it is not referred to in any scheduled transaction?
