How to disable specific Window Rule preset?

Sometimes I need to screenshot something. For this, I use a separate Activity since it removes my desktop’s customizations, providing a clean slate. However, my Window Rules remain. This wouldn’t be much of a problem if I could easily disable a preset/group, but I can’t see how to.

Setting the matching to exact and a then a random string just about gives me what I want, but it doesn’t seem to stop acting upon the taskbar.

For instance, if I have “No titlebar and frame” set to Force No

Turns out that specifically plasmashell and the widget I’m testing (GitHub - yereverluvinunclebert/Panzer-Earth-gauge-VB6: A FOSS Earth VB6 Widget for Reactos, XP, Win7, 8 and 10+. The Panzer Earth VB6 gauge is a A WoW64 simple utility displaying a rotating earth in a dieselpunk fashion on your desktop. It can be resized and placed anywhere on your desktop. It uses minimal resources and helps give your desktop a dieselpunk make-over.) need to be individually restarted (with kquitapp5 and then run) for the new Window Rules to apply.

…Is this a bug? It’s definitely strange.
