How to disable the option that remembers open applications in KDE Plasma 6.1?

Remembering the opened application is the new default to 6.1.
I don’t need this. How can I disable this function?

Go to Systemsettings → Session and select Start with empty session.

My current setting is:
When session was manually saved
Shouldn’t that work? I usually shut down my laptop with shutdown now command, so no manual saving at all.

if you reboot with an empty session and then save that empty session i suppose that would work, but why would you want to save an empty session when there is already a default for it?
