You only can get the latest release using Windows stable release link.
Do anyone know how to download the previous releases?

Sorry my question wasn’t clear.
I was looking for older 5.2 releases, something between 5.2-5096 I am using now and the latest release 5.2-5430.
Basically, you can’t. (I wonder if it’s possible using the Internet Archive?) This is essentially a side-effect of how those versions are created and made available. Whenever a new commit is made, KDE’s CI infrastructure attempts to compile a new version. If the build is successful, the new version becomes available for download. Previous versions are not retained once a new version is present.
