Everyone know how to remap Up and Down arrow without use 3rd party remaping app to move current/selected track above/below? I need to remap to J/K like vim key

If you are referring to the upcoming functionality of moving a track up or down in the timeline, you can do this in Settings > Configure Keyboard Shortcuts.
Just keep in mind that many if not all video editors use J, K, and L to control playback in the project monitor. But suit yourself …
