The last time I used KDE was in the 2000s. To my great surprise, I really like it, I just love it.
I don’t understand a single thing or I can’t solve it: the online radio or any music can be played even after the screen is locked and the monitor is turned off.
I use a desktop pc + nvidia card and external speaker.

Hi - just to clarify your question, are you asking if there is a way to stop sound from playing when you lock the screen, or are you asking if there is a way to allow sound to play when the screen is locked?
Sorry, this may be a silly question, but…are your speakers plugged into your monitor, perhaps (to where the signal to them would be cut off when your monitor powers off)?
I’m only asking as my speakers are plugged in directly to my PC tower, and music from the Plex web app in Firefox continues to play when I lock the screen, and when I turn off the monitor. On the other hand, I have headphones plugged into a slot on my monitor, and the sound for those does indeed stop when the monitor is powered off (which makes sense in that context).
Not sure if that is for Battery powered Notebooks only but there is a setting at
System - Power Management - Advanced Settings - “Media Playback” Pause Media Players when Standby/Sleepmode (roughly translated from my German localisation)
Default is Pause playback.
Is it already the Standby mode that turns the monitor off or is that a different / later stage? If it is then maybe that setting causes it.
