HTML wallpaper no longer appears

I went to enable my HTML wallpaper and it is no longer showing up and is blank (black screen), here is the information i have:

Seems like you’re using a 3rd-party wallpaper plugin and it’s gotten broken, which means it will be up to the provider to fix it. I’d recommend reaching out to the developer about this.

i rebooted and it works again… MAGIC??

Not magic.

Updates do require restarting to apply fully or you will get errors like this.
