This error message pretty much means what it said. You must have accidentally installed a 3rd-party notification service (for example, Dunst) or manually disabled your notifications widget.
If you didn’t do either of those things, your system is broken in a deeper way.

I fixxed it. It was rlly the widget xd, didnt know it needs it just for login sound
