Hello!
I am a member of Japanese translation team. I think Lokalize is a good application. I sometimes think that I want to translate on mobile, but Lokalize only supports desktop, it does not support mobile. (In the past, some KDE translation team members discussed their translation experience, when they thought Weblate was slow.) I then thought it would be better for the KDE teams to create a web translation system. (by Qt WebAssembly or other technology)
I think this project will be a big one, so it is good for KDE Mentorship such as Season of KDE or Google Summer of Code.
