Hello, I’m having problems with saving .kra files on my Windows 10 device. Recently the Krita application started showing an error on the screen whenever I try to save/export any drawing in any folder.
(The error is in Portuguese because English is not my language)
The message that appears is the one below:
I came from https://krita-artists.org/ and they recommended me to try support from Microsoft itself, as it could be a problem with my device. I tried there, but they recommended asking me for help on the app’s own support channels.
I’ve tried several procedures to resolve it, such as changing folder permissions, but nothing has worked. The application only works with admin permission, but there is a catch. As an admin, it saves the files but my graphics tablet doesn’t work. When I don’t open it as admin, it doesn’t save and the tablet works. If possible, I would be very grateful if someone knew how to guide me in what I can do.
I read the FAQ and arrived at the mergedimage.png file in item 2. Item 3, in the part about using a ZIP repairer, I’m still looking for how to do this. Regarding item 4, I opened the file as a notepad and no text like “NULL” appeared, what appeared were several random characters.
