All applications should open in fullscreen mode so Bigscreen behaves more like a TV-oriented Launcher.

This implies that there is:

  • an easy way to close applications (shortcut mapping to a common key on wireless remotes)
  • an easy way to return to desktop (shortcut mapping to desktop - the most common one is Home)
