When using KDiff to compare large config, data or code files, I need to find the lone “C” changes in a sea of “B” changes. Currently I scroll through the merge looking for a “C”, but I inevitably miss some and these changes squeak by without being audited.
It cannot be too difficult to have options like “highlight C merges” or something, so while scrolling through the merged text my eyes don’t start to tear up. Even if just bold/color the letter, or the whole line, or something? just so that it is eye catching.
For me this would be a massive feature bang for little buck.
