Increased font size and windows buttons out of screen

Hello
I have increased size for all fonts in kde system settings to work comfortably.
As a result bottom buttons (“apply”, “cancel” etc.) in windows of some programs (“Konsole configuration window” for example) are not visible (bottom part of the window is now not only beneath of task manager but also outside of a screen) and since I can’t resize this windows, I can’t click on them.
Some program’s window adjusts correctly to a screen size, others - not.
Is there any solution for this?

I have this problem with all KDE GUIs (EndeavourOS, Manjaro, Kde Neon and Kubuntu)
Thanks for advise

Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11
Kernel Version: 6.6.8-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Graphics Processor: AMD CEDAR

You didn’t happen to do that via the “Font DPI” in the Fonts setting did you?

Thank you, redstrate
No, I have only modified fonts in “Adjust all fonts”.
Have not touched screen resolution either.
I have this problem in different computers with different screen resolution.

I put Gwenview screenshot as an example. Beneath the picture there are buttons that are not only under a taskbar, but also outside of a screen. If program does not allow for resizing of a window, those buttons will not be accessible.
This is happening with some programs, not all of them.

It’s a known issue in certain apps, I’m afraid: when you have a screen with very limited vertical real estate and you increase the font size or the screen scale at all, UI elements on the bottom of some windows can get cut off.

As a workaround, you can hold down the Meta/Super/Windows key and drag to move the window up a bit so you can see the buttons in question and click on them.
