Individual language settings in KMail

Hi people!

I’m using mixed language settings: my main locale is English (UK), but my date & time formatting locale is German. This impacts the formatting in KMail reply templates. Essentially, I would like to have everything that’s generated for other people to be consistently English. Instead, it currently uses German date & time formatting:

After encountering some other issues with KMail to which the community response mostly seems to be “KMail is just broken” I’ve come to the conclusion it’s not worth my time anymore. I like KMail’s UI more, but I’ll just stick to Thunderbird.
