click on the titlebar and you can edit the name of the file you are working on.
like on the mac. I do miss so many nice macos features.
or just a menu item would do.

so much YES to this.
renaming a file while in use is a major quality of life thing without having to juggle the whole Save As… | reopen | delete pipeline
