Install previous versions of a flatpak through discover store

Hi Team
Is there a way to install a previous version of a flatpak or app via the discover store. Dosbox staging release 0.80.1 worked well for me but the most recent release 0.81.1 is causing issues.

if you man flatpak there are a couple of commands that might help

flatpak-mask
flatpak-make-current
