Internet is slower, when Wiguard connection is active

I have to use a Wireguard connection (made it in KDE settings), to connect to a private server.

When I activate connect Wireguard, internet slows down (not for 100% of time, but 30-50%), sites starting to open in 5-15 seconds. When I disconnect Wireguard, internet starts working normally again.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a Wireguard config issue. Does the same thing happen in other environments?

Nope, on Windows using the Wireguard 0.5.3 all is fine.

Any way I can profile what is going on enabling Wireguard?
