Is it possible to customize the new tiling feature?

For example adding padding for top and bottom only. Or adding own custom zones.

If there is any documentation I’d love to be redirected there. Couldn’t find it on my own.

You can add custom zones, but not custom per-zone padding. Hit Meta+T to see the customization options.
