No, it is not possible to upgrade from the live ISO, unfortunately.

Where did you find that KDE Neon unstable 24.04?
I installed the iso (in VM) of the unstable provided on the KDE Neon site but it is still 22.04?

Did you use the Developer iso?
Or did you modify after install source.list and source.list.d file to include noble repo?
