Is possible use OS ffmpeg version with cuda or nvenc?

Thanks for reading my topic.
Kdenlive version 22.12.3 allow use nvenc in geforce 600 series.
Since version 23.XX.X not is possible use nvenc for rendering and is showed the message if trying use in geforce 600.

[h264_nvenc @ 0x7001dc001fc0] Driver does not support the required nvenc API version. Required: 12.0 Found: 11.1 [h264_nvenc @ 0x7001dc001fc0] The minimum required Nvidia driver for nvenc is 520.56.06 or newer

Geforce 600 final driver version is 470.
I see in environment settings an option to change what ffmpeg build to use. Kdenlive ffmpeg custom build or OS ffmpeg.
I see that option revert to default in each time the program is started.
Is possible configure to use OS ffmpeg and an custom command line to use cuda or nvenc ?
The OS ffmpeg allow render using nvenc so I want continue using geforce 600 gpu.
I only will use for edit SD at maximum 1080P and geforce 600 has good performance to do it.

Have an nice week.
