Is support for Ghostwriter abandoned?

Hello, the page https://invent.kde.org/office/ghostwriter/activity shows activity, however:

• the page https://invent.kde.org/office/ghostwriter/-/boards redirects users to KDE’s bugtracker;
• the page https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?component=general&product=ghostwriter seemingly shows no activity from the maintainer(s) at all - no issue seems to ever receive any feedback;
• the page https://ghostwriter.kde.org/download/ points Windows users to an unmaintained GitHub repository at https://github.com/KDE/ghostwriter;
• the GitHub repository points Windows users to a non-existing service https://binary-factory.kde.org/.

Is support for Ghostwriter abandoned?

Is there a way to report issues and receive feedback?

As you can see on Bugzilla, Megan Conkle is a bit overwhelmed trying to maintain and develop Ghostwriter on her own.

Especially since this isn’t her day job, but a hobby.
