Is there a cli command that can do discover updating?

A few weeks ago after installing latest discover updates, discover 6.0.4 of my Neon Testing fails to launch.
I had created bug ticket 485463 – discover 6.0.4 fails to launch on Neon Testing for it.
I guess there are only 2 people with Neon Testing with a few flatpack applications, because no one else seems to be suffering from this?
It might be a Qt 6.7 regression, Nate G. wrote.

With “pkcon refresh;pkcon -v update” i can update neon and ubuntu packages.
But the flatpack ones do not get updated.
So flatpack torrent app Transmission no longer works. Luckily i could install kTorrent with a lucky google find how to launch ktorrent with a torrent magnet link.
Another important flatpack app i have is VLC, luckily that still works.

So is there a cli command that can install all updates, including flatpack packages?

I had also tried to create a backtrace but the instructions did not work for me. (discover doesn’t launch, it doesn’t crash).

You can update the flatpak apps with flatpak update

Thank you very much! “flatpak update” works.
Now I can wait untroubled until there is a fix for Discover while updating everything in Konsole.
