Is there a way to set the UTC time in the clock to 24hour format

I’ve set everything to 24h format and I can still use my Customized Date format (ddd dd MMM yyyy (ex: Sun 06 Apr 2025)). I like seeing the short Date name like “Sun” and padded date (“06”)
