Is this a KDE bug or a theme bug?

I see cut-off temperature forecasts in one theme but not the other. I am new to KDE and am checking if I should open a bug report for this. Does responsibility for this padding error lie with KDE’s weather widget, or with the “CachyOS Nord Theme” authors?

I would report this to the “CachyOS Nord Theme” authors.

If they think the bug is on the KDE side of things, they can forward it to the KDE bug tracker.
