Kde connect not checking devices

So I’m having this issue that today kde connect wasn’t finding my phone on the same network. I tried troubleshooting by un-pairing and when I went to try and pair again on my laptop it basically tries for a second when I try to add a device then immediately goes back to no devices found, it doesn’t seem to be actually trying to connect. I tried allowing udp & tcp ports 1714-1764 like I saw from other people with no luck, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothings worked so far
