It's expected an update install packages marked as unstable on the KDE Neon User Edition?

Hello, since I had a hard time a few weeks ago with a KDE Neon User Edition packages update that conflicted with 32-bit Ubuntu dependencies needed for Steam and Wine to work, I’ve become more careful before applying updates.

Today (or yesterday), a big update came out, and I noticed that some of the packages include the name unstable as part of their name.

The question is: is it perfectly expected that specifically KDE Neon User Edition might include some software/libraries explicitly marked as unstable?

For reference, packages that have unstable in their name are:

Here the output of sudo pkcon refresh and sudo pkcon update:

Yes this is expected for the qt packages as they contains our patches, but don’t worry this is normal and the package are only marked unstable because they come from git
