I have the snap version of Kasts installed (from Software) on Ubuntu (24.04.4 LTS). I can’t get the app to launch, and it seems to be significantly out of date, though the Software app says that there are no new versions available. (Installed version: 25.08.0 from Oct of last year; the website lists the most recent version as 25.12.2, from Feb of this year.)
Should I reinstall the app as a flatpak instead of a snap? Does anyone know why my app is so behind compared to the most recent patches on the website? Any ideas on why it won’t launch?
Whenever I try to open the app, my system loads for a while, and then nothing happens. No error messages, nothing. The cursor just shows the loading symbol for a bit and then nothing.
Framework 16 laptop AMD Ryzen 7040 Series.
