Is there a way to display zero width spaces (U+200B) in Kate or just in general on unix? Or at least in kate, to have it ignore a character when doing search/search+replace/find?
Having to scroll over with the text cursor to see that there is an extra character that does not visibly show is very difficult when copy/comparing text. The only way I discovered it was there was putting the string in an online unicoder string decoder and comparing the two decoded outputs in meld (and even meld does not detect the zero width space difference).
