I couldn’t find anything online to that topic so raising the questions here.
I’m usually connecting to remote servers with ssh and mounting code repos with sshfs to folders locally. Sublime Text, VS Code and others can happily open the folders and edit the files. However, with Kate, I cannot even see the list of files and sub-folders in the sidebar.
This is the same on multiple systems (Ubuntu/Fedora/Debian).
Appreciate any ideas how to fix this
