KDE Connect Behind a VPN

I have a Pixel Fold (2023) running GrapheneOS that i have KDE Connect on and I’m trying to connect it to my MacBook Pro (2019) and my desktop which is running CachyOS. All three devices are running MullvadVPN with local LAN discovery turned on. However, I can’t get them to see each other or pair via manually typing in the IP. I was able to briefly connect my Android and CachyOS desktop over bluetooth but then it disconnected and wouldn’t reconnect.

Have you checked the firewall on the PCs? I’m not familiar with MacBooks, but on CachyOS, UFW (firewalld) is maybe installed but not set.

I have enabled all of the rules for kdeconnect that was listed:

> sudo ufw status
Status: active

To Action From

KDEConnect ALLOW Anywhere
KDE Connect ALLOW Anywhere
1716 ALLOW Anywhere
KDEConnect (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)
KDE Connect (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)
1716 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)

However, when I ran sudo ufw app info for each profile it says ERROR: Could not find profile. I confirmed that UFW is the only enabled firewall on Cachy. As far as macOS goes, I have checked the firewall and made sure that KDE Connect was allowed.

OK. Now, disable/stop ufw and try kdeconnect.
