Sorry if this duplicate issue because i can’t find this exact same issue on forum.
This is only happen when i manually transfer files via copy paste, but not with “Share file” via KDE Connect.
Also, the progress bar and notification seems only calculate first .part file but not whole transfer file operation hence why it always stalled at the end.
