KDE connect - trouble connecting WIndows PC and Android

I am running Windows 11 on my PC
Android runs Graphene OS

used trouble shooting guide and opened the port range 1714-1764 for UDP and TCP in Windows firewall.

Have also tried

  • Connecting via IP address

  • Toggled VPN on and off

  • Reinstalled Android app

None of this worked, though it has worked in the past. . . .

Same problem.
Windows 11 (22631)
KDE Connect 24.02.0
Samsung S10e
On linux works well
On windows trying to browse files - it do NOTHING. No windows opened, no errors. Just silence.
What we can do ?
