How do I make sure KDE is as clear as it can be no blur or translucentcey. Blur is not checked in desktop effects. The other not sure where the setting is, I do no have Kvantum or what ever it is called.
I believe you posted a question about this concerning the tooltips transparency. Besides the tooltips and plasma theme, what transparency are you talking about?
