I am testing the Rocky Linux KDE version 10; but every time; at least twice or thrice a week, the menu options (shutdown/restart…) disappears & i am not able to shutdown unless i use the terminal. Why does this happen all the time please?

Every time i reboot, sometimes i lose all the options, i have tried deleting the files in the .config folder, however this happens all the time.
Is this a stability thing on kde please? (i don’t want to use gnome or no desktop at this point).

Every time i restart my pc, the menu option disappear?
Then i have to delete the configuration plasma files, which fixes it 70%, sometimes i have to delete (which might also not work):
. kde,. Kderc,. Config/plasma*, Config/kde*, Config/kwin*,. Local/share/kde6
What is the problem please?
