Can’t install or update any software in Discover. Every attempt finishes with the same error message:

Unfortunately this is a known limitation in Discover: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409196
How to update in this case?
A VPN, maybe? I don’t think there’s a standard solution yet.
