I’d like to try having regular public KDE Linux developer calls to make decisions and discuss pending topics.
The format I am envisioning is:
≤ ½ hour for general audience questions
≤ 1 hour for KDE developer’s to discuss agenda points
To find a slot for our first call here’s a poll:
When to Meet
Fri 2026-01-23 @ 17:00 UTC
Sat 2026-01-24 @ 17:00 UTC
Sun 2026-01-25 @ 20:00 UTC
Fri 2026-02-06 @ 17:00 UTC
Sat 2026-02-07 @ 17:00 UTC
Sun 2026-02-08 @ 20:00 UTC
Other (comment what general time/day works for you)
The agenda is at KDE Linux/Calls - KDE Community Wiki
Input on date/time options as well as the format are of course very welcome.

I’m in AEDT, so it works out as 17:00 UTC → 4:00 AEDT, and 20:00 UTC → 7:00 AEDT. I can’t really do either if I was to participate. Sometime midday in my TZ on the weekend would work for me, but it probably doesn’t work for anyone else .

First call will be Friday 2026-02-06 @ 17:00 UTC. I’ll post a link to the room closer to the date.
@tduck For the call after, does Saturday 9 or 10 AEDT work better for you? That puts only me very late in the night but still doable I guess ^^
