My desktop no longer has internet access, and I need to fix some broken packages (currently will not load the Neon desktop, but just flashes command line “cloud-init v… finished…”
Is there a Neon ISO I can download from elsewhere, save to my desktop disk and use as a file:/// repository?
I downloaded the Neon Live/User install ISO but there doesn’t seem to be any .deb packages in there, unlike the Ubunto install ISO.
