KDE NEON web links not working!

normal and torrent link are not working for mi from Spain:

Ok thanks maybe a DNS network problem, or proxy blocking, from my house and from movil phone not working, I will install a vpn to try

Yeah! it doesn’t exist now. It got updated. Just try the link on the main page again.
