KDE Plasma support for Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint flag in Wayland

I am trying to create an always-on-top application, but the WindowStaysOnTopHint flag is not working as expected.

It seems in some Wayland compositors, it’s not allowed for a window to always stay on top, I was wondering if this is the case for KDE Plasma. Thank you

While Qt by default uses xdg-shell for its windows you can make it use layer-shell using layer-shell-qt
