KDE System Settings and other apps not following system theme

So I’ve installed qt5ct, qt6ct and lxappearance for setting GTK and QT themes and I’ve set them all to Breeze dark. However, this theme is not being applied to the KDE System Settings app.

NOTE: I’m using the Sway window manager on Wayland on KDE Neon.

That’s your problem. You don’t need them. Remove them and make sure plasma-integration is installed.
