Is it possible to automatically share the clipboard on my Android 14 phone with my laptop?
If I copy text on the phone, I have to open the app and choose “Send clipboard” for it to appear in my laptop’s clipboard (Arch Linux, latest Plasma), but I’d like it to appear automatically without having to do that.
It is a restriction on the Android side, as I understand it.
On Android 14, there should be an option in the pull-down menu to send the clipboard that can be enabled and located in a convenient slot - I have mine set in the partial pull-down section so it is t least a fair bit less inconvenient.
I hadn’t noticed that. As you say it makes it a bit more convenient. 
It is possible to automatically get the clipboard data via adb commands. Other apps do it but I don’t know how to implement it for KDE Connect
