I use Linux Mint as my daily operating system, and when I open Kdenlive and edit a video, I put titles on it. But when I put something under that title, like the Canadian flag, or Music, I render it and play it that title is not there. It just shows a black screen where the title should be. I render it using VAAPI AMD H246. Even if I just render as MP4 and use the Computer rather than my GPU, it does the same thing
What kind of titles? A Title Clip or an image? You need transparency (alpha channel) in a clip to see a clip in a track below.
BTW, which version of Kdenlive are you using?
