This one looks like a translation problem, some missing text for your current locale for the ‘file’, ‘edit’, ‘settings’, and ‘help’ menu options perhaps.
Does it do the same if you select a different (english?) locale.
After installing in Italian the menus are correct, after setting the Deck everything is fine, only after having modified the Bars with OK or apply here is the anomaly that was also present in previous versions. I therefore believe that it is not a language problem
