When I import a clip containing two audio tracks kdenlive merges the two into one. I can chose one of the two in Haruna:

What should I do to have both tracks?

I found the problem. It only merges the audio tracks when a proxy is generated.
If I avoid the proxy then the two tracks are available:
Is this a bug in the proxy generation? Because although the proxy is nice to have I still need to edit the two tracks separately.
At this stage I’d be more inclined to say that it’s just something that isn’t well supported yet, rather than a “bug” in something we claim to support. Though there are work items in the pipeline for better support for more complex audio.
Probably your best bet for the moment would be to split one or more of the audio tracks out of the original clip and import it as a separate clip on its own track in the timeline.
You could also try to generate your own proxy files and use them with the ‘external proxy’ support.
Can I ask you to share a bit more about how you are currently generating these files and what your use case(s) are. The more we know about what it is that you’d like to be doing, the more likely it is that future improvements to this will keep those things in mind.
