I am trying to use kdialog with passivepopup but I don’t see anything
With other types it works (dialog, yesno).
I don’t understand.
I am using the version : 4:22.12.3-1 on debian bookworm

I have the same problem on two different laptop
Could it be link with the connection of multiple screen, I already had some weird behaviors where for KDE the bottom of the screen is in the middle of the screen
Hello, I faced with the same problem (on Fedora). All dialogs of kdialog are visible except passivepopup. To solve it, I opened Settings → Notifications → Individual parameters of applications . Then I got a list of applications and their settings of their notifications. Next, I selected in that list “Another applications” and I saw, that there was no a check in the checkbox “Show popup windows”. So, I checked this checkbox and run kdialog and the windows, that I tried to popup before, were poped up.

In the basic KDE installation I only changed Wayland to X11. Try to log out from KDE and log in as X11 session. Maybe it will help, maybe not, I don’t know. But I think, it is a notification problem somewhere in KDE settings.
