Keyboard shortcut overrides don't work in split tabs of Yakuake

Hi! My OS is Arch linux and the graphical environment is KDE Plasma 6, version Yakuake 25.08.0

I redefined some yakuake hotkeys and everything works fine, but when I Split View, the redefined hotkeys don’t work in the new split screen (it looks like the default scheme is applied there).

Maybe there is a debugging mode for yakuake to understand the reason, or does someone already know what the problem might be?

Thanks!

I confirmed the issue happens in yakuake 25.11.70. I also noticed that when configuring shortcuts in normal mode (no split), i can configure kconsolepart shortcuts, but in split mode, i can only configure yakuake ones, kconsolepart is missing entirely. It seems to depend on which pane is in focus, LHS focus, the shortcut menu shows all shortcuts, RHS focus and it only shows yakuake shortcuts.

Same issue on yakuake Version 25.04.3. My copy/paste is broken but only in split view. In normal, ctrl+shift+c/v works fine, but in split view i get the ambiguous shortcut error. The only way to get copy/paster shortcuts to work in the split is to remove those shortcuts from yakuake, but doing so breaks the normal view and copy/paste no longer works. To be clear ctrl+shift+v/c is not globally or locally mapped to anything other than copy/paste.

Same issue with yakuake version yakuake 25.12.0 and Plasma Version 6.5.4. When splitting the view the paste shortcuts stops working.
“The key sequence ‘Ctrl+Shift+V’ is ambiguous. Use ‘Configure Keyboard Shortcuts’

from the ‘Settings’ menu to solve the ambiguity.

No action will be triggered.”

But this only happens with paste not with copy.
