Kile not running in KDE Neon

Kile will not run on KDE Neon 6.0 (Plasma version 6.0.3). An error message is displayed about a missing Okular library, but Okular and all the libraries are already installed.

I am going to guess it is looking for Plasma 5 versions, if not from 5.24. It looks like neon don’t package this, so the version installed is from Ubuntu.

$ apt policy kile
kile:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 4:2.9.93-2
  Version table:
     4:2.9.93-2 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I wonder if the neon team can be prodded to add this?
