Hi,
when using Kubuntu 26.04 (KDE6), KDE can mount mobile devices through MTP and show them in the dolphin file browser, but kio-fuse does not mount it as a file system.
There’s plenty of comments in forums and on web pages, telling that kio-fuse should be able to mount any kio-based file systems, while on the other hand, I’ve seen comments claiming that this wouldn’t work, since kio-fuse is not yet fully compatible with KDE6, and MTP is treated differently by KIO.
So is this a bug and should work, or can it not be expected to work?
