In my case, it happens while in Typora app, saving a document by opening its dialog box. Then, suddenly taskbar is filled with tons of unhappy icons…

I accidentally reproduced the same issue with signale desktop Version 7.15.0 on a KDE 6 Desktop.
Was trying to save a .jpeg file.
Is the problem coming from KDE or from Signal, I am not clear about that.
